Thai Mi Noodle: Bold Thai Flavor, One Bowl at a Time

Our 48th lunch was held Saturday, May 16th, at Thai Mi Noodle, a little 'hole in the wall' in a shopping center in Monroe. The food was plentiful and delicious and the help was friendly and accommodating. (Prices are very reasonable as well.)

Since the restaurant was small we divided the group into 2 tables, 7 at one and 6 at the other. This enabled us to have more intimate conversations with more people than at some venues where the configurations were more "U' shaped so people were sometimes limited in their ability to talk easily with more than one or two people.

Thai Mi Noodle is a favorite for people in the Trumbull, Monroe area and they do a thriving take out and delivery business as well. The freshness of their ingredients as well as their varied menu makes them stand out from other Thai restaurants. Since it is prepared as you order, the ability to customize ingredients and spices is a big incentive for people to frequent it.

Hopefully we will find other gems like this one in the future. Suggestions are very welcome! The two main considerations are that they take separate checks and have free and convenient parking.
